Finally get Middleton back and then Giannis sits.

20-18 with less than 6 minutes gone. Not exactly a defensive clinic on either side.

ABC says thanks to their corporate partner
Bucks up 49-42 as Bobby goes off for 19 points in 7 minutes.
Pat Bev misses two wide open layups. Suns keeping it close.
Bobby now has 25 points in 10 minutes.
Good heavens, Portis is unconscious right now
Pat Bev getting in on the fun.
Can they hit 80 before the half?
Bucks up 82-60 at the half.
18 for 27 from three.
Without Giannis.
Uh oh. '
Lead down to 13. Mostly Grayson Allen.
Down to 10.
Dame time.
Suns cut the lead to 6 in the third and then Lillard takes over including hitting a 30 footer at the buzzer to push the lead back to 15.
Down to 6 then Lillard takes over and scores last 9 of the 3Q.
Just tuned in….not always are Bucks on my MN tv……just saw the buzzer beater by Lillard.
How a team can have Kevin Durant and just basically ignore him for long stretches of the game is beyond me.
Lead back to 10 in the 4th.
Portis missing some bunnies after hitting some tough shots in the first half.
Lead down to 7 with 6:17 left.
Bucks lead by 25 at one point in the third quarter and by 15 with less than 8 minutes left in the game.
Bucks 134 -120 with a little over 3 minutes left.
Really nice win.
Bigger than the win was the fact that Middleton looked very mobile. Really moving his feet well.
Middleton did look pretty decent including how he was moving around on defense. If the Bucks get that version of Middleton come the postseason the Bucks are as big of a threat as any team out there.
I think what also gets overlooked is that the Bucks are the one team that can go toe to toe with Boston in terms of shooting the 3. They have 3 guys that are 40% career shooters in Green and Middleton and Portis. They have 3 more guys that are 38% or better from 3 in Lopez and Dame and Beasley. Even guys like Pat C and Beverly and Crowder can hit outside shots.
Lillard and Lopez have started to heat up recently so what’s going to be key is that Middleton stays healthy and they continue to move the ball well. A lot of their 3s today were good looks.
As for Phoenix, I have no idea why that team (like Dallas) is basically a fringe playoff team. Not sure what the plan was today but Durant was literally a non factor. How Allen and O’Neale get more shot attempts each is mind boggling to me.

Right now, the 4 teams in the playin for the West are the Lakers, Warriors, Suns, and Mavs. 10 sure-fire HOFers and 2 borderline guys on those 4 teams.
Durant, Doncic, Kyrie, LeBron, AD, Westbrook, Curry, Klay, Draymond, Chris Paul.
Booker, Beal
