I wonder if the ticket to the game stipulates or references these transportation/arrival limits? Say you have a game ticket and you walk to the game but are then, somehow, not allowed in? Isn't the ticket in essence a contract for services?

There's always a few interesting stories that come out Super Bowl week

One of them is that the Rams are getting closer to a move back to Los Angeles

That gets the NFL back in LA and also puts LA into the SB rotation

The old Hollywood Park horse racing track is closing down and will likely be part of the development of a new stadium. This also means the Chargers have leverage in their push to get a new stadium in San Diego.

If SD balks, the Chargers will move to LA as well

And that was always the league plan - to have AFC/NFC in NoCal and AFC/NFC in SoCal.

Packers - Rams had some great battles in SoCal, including the '89 game; the tale of 2 halves at the Big A.

To follow up on Satori's post, read this morning the Rams owner just bought a 60 acre parking lot near the Hollywood Park race track. So, yes the Rams could be positioning themselves for a move to LA, as their stadium lease I think expires after 2014 in St Louis.

If certain improvements (don't know specifics) aren't completed on the stadium in St. Louis, then the Rams lease goes year-to-year. (after 2014)

So yes, they are looking to move back to L.A.

Yay....

Bit of trivia, but I find the Rams as a team name interesting in that it fits LA (there are rams in the mountains in California, right)?

But, the team, with its nickname, originated in Cleveland.

Anyway, I like the idea of the Rams in LA.

Granted this is not in SoCal, but what the heck...

1967 playoff matchup and I remember this as a kid.  Thankfully, the league expanded that year to 4 divisions, else the Packers would not have made the playoffs.  They finished 9-4-1 with very narrow losses to Colts and Rams.  Rams loss was due to a late blocked punt deep in Packer territory ending in a Gabriel to Bernie Casey TD.

Packers record misleading as they let the final game go to rest up (I believe a loss to Steelers.)

Anyway, what I remember was the final regular season game of the year.  Colts at 11-0-2 (2 ties) at Rams at 10-1-2.  Rams had to win and by a certain margin to win the Coastal division.  Billed as Johnny Unitas against the Fearsome Foursome.

The Rams just buried them.  Sacked Unitas something like 6 times.  They won 34-10.

I just couldn't see how the Packers were gonna beat this team.

Ram scored first and the game ended Green Bay 28-7 over the Rams.

Wasn't even close.

Lombardi at his greatest. Travis Williams had a hell of a game.  Bart Starr was fantastic as usual.  And we had a real D then. Willie, Lionel, Henry, Ron, Dave, Ray, Lee Roy, Herb, Bob, Willie and Tom.  6 HOF on that D.
