Thought it was 'funny' that Badell's testimony was allowed via tape, but Jones was compelled by the judge to testify in person. A small demonstration of how the food chain works, perhaps?

In any case, lots of potential for endless appeals, more    changing hands, more   lawyers...

 

 

If fans can sue the NFL for not being able to see their team in Super Bowl then Minny needs to ditch the Pull Tab idea right now. Might be enough there to cover construction costs for the next 4 stadiums. 

H5, I read that as the $76K being a lump sum, to be divvied up amongst the 7 fans that sued.Or did I miss something?

Although, apparently not all of the 7 are eligible for monies? I was wondering why only "some" of them would get payment, per the article.
