NFL is rigged. Goodell decided the brother match-up/Ray Lewis Going away Tour made this the right match up for this year.

Scripts are e-mailed to teams and officials on Monday nights. I bet Matt Ryan was upset when he saw how it was going to play out. Goodell keeps promising him that someday he will get to be the hero...but he just keeps being put in the goat role.
Not exactly. The script called for the Falcons to turn the ball over and noone else on the team was willing to fumble (or the situation didn't present itself for them to do so), so Ryan had to do it. You don't think a professional would make that fumble if it wasn't on purpose, do you?
I predict Ravens win and Flaco is MVP. He's been coming on and seems bound to prove everyone wrong that he can't win a big game.

I really don't like the Ravens, but I think I can stomach John rather than Jim. Ravens fans were pricks when the Pack played here on that cold Monday night that Brett was wrapped too tight in his hooded poncho, but I have a few good friends and coworkers that are Raven fans, so I'm happy for them.
The only thing that might make me excited enough to watch the game is ...

The Harbaugh boys get so pissed at each other(like a Jim tirade, then John points at him and just laughs) during the game that at the end of the game they go 1on1 at midfield, horn2horn, slugging it out like when they were little.

I'd pay for that.
Hmm.

If the Niners win, it would mean that we'd have lost to the eventual Super Bowl champion the last two seasons, making it slightly less painful. And Kaepernick is from Milwaukee, so it would be cool to see him win it all. But....I can't stand Jim Harbaugh.

I do like John Harbaugh, but I don't want to see Ray Lewis get another ring.

Some NFL head coaches wear their emotions on their sleeve. Then there's the 49ers' Harbaugh. What a complete and utter sideline hissy fit he threw after the replay review failed to overturn the Harry Douglas catch in the fourth quarter. I used to have meltdowns like that once in a while, but my mom always wound up sending me to my room to calm down for an hour or two.

If this keeps up, "The Harbaugh Face'' is going to wind up getting its own Twitter account.

Bet you will

and ls, another reason to hope that someone wins this game is the fact that Harbaugh's parents live in Mequon. I don't care if the Pack lost to the eventual SB Champ two years in a row, it doens't (to me anyway0 make it an easier pill to swallow. It just makes me thin, we COULD have been there!!!

You nailed it. I'll watch the game to see two teams beat the snot out of each other, but I am not invested either way.
I hope Lewis knocks the snot out of Kaepernick to the point he never considers running on the read-option again.

I hope Ray Rice runs for 150+ and a TD. Seems like a nice guy.

I hope Harbaugh pulls Kaepernick for being ineffective and Alex Smith plays lights out with a TD to Delanie Walker after repeatedly looking off Vernon Davis.

I hope the game ends in a 13-13 tie after a hard hitting, snot-blasting defensive battle. **** Goodell and his pin-ball football.
I hope it's a 3-0 game, Ravens ahead and Akers kicks one that goes right over the top of the goal post. (Almost happened Sunday as his shank was way up on the upright.) Then watch one ref call it good and another call it no good and watch the chitstorm that happens. Hopefully Jim Harbaugh melts right into the turf.
what is this thing you people are calling Super Bowl. As fay as I am concerned football season ended 2 weeks ago. I will be doing something much more exciting than watching a game on Sunday, such as watching paint dry or my grass growing under 6 inches of snow!!!

Thanks for posting my thoughts exactly!
The good thing about having San Fran in is it gives me someone to root against. That makes the Bowl a bit more exciting.

The bad news is, I expect to come away disappointed watching the 9ers win their 6th Super Bowl. It will be painful, but I will watch.

Even though we'll all get sick of the Harbaugh hype these next 2 weeks, it is pretty amazing to see 2 brothers in this position. It may never happen again in our lifetimes. Papa Harbaugh must have shown these guys quite a few tricks.
I guess the brothers coaching against each other angle is pretty cool. But after that? meh I just don't care. I dislike both teams so if I watch it will only be in case they have a good godaddy.com commercial.
