Or if your offense is predicated on having good TEs, make sure you have them. Maybe Sternberger will be OK, but he hasn't caught a pass in the NFL yet. He's only been targeted 3 times and dropped two of them.

At this point Deguara needs to be in. Sternberger is really starting to feel like a whiff.
