Will Fuller

Packers offered a 4th, Texans wanted a 2nd. Have to believe a 3rd and a 7th might have gotten it done, but then we wouldn't have been able to add talent like our last several 3rd rounders.

2020 -DeGuara, 2019-Sternberger, 2018-Oren Burks, 2017-Montravious Adams, 2016-Fackrell, 2015-Ty Montgomery, 2014-Richard Rodgers, 2014-Khyri Thornton

That group of third-round picks is....not good.

I realize that Fuller is due for a good sized payday next season, and to fit another big contract in would have been very difficult, but a couple of things to consider: his price tag might lag a bit due to injury risk, and 3/4 of a season of having that talent catching passes from AR might have been worth the risk just for 2020. I know weโ€™re beating a dead horse, but a guy that talented is worth a certain amount of risk.
