The Chargers and Broncos play on Monday Night Football.

Should the Broncos win, guess how many AFC teams will have a winning record.

Two.

Two out of sixteen teams. The Ravens at 5-1, and the Texans, who got blown out at home last night by the Packers, are now 5-1.

And only 9 out of the 32 teams in the league will have winning records.

Welcome to parity in the NFL.

The AFC is clearly the inferior conference this year. The NFC has been the deeper conference for several seasons now, but the upper-echelon teams in the AFC masked the difference. This year, however, previously elite teams like the Patriots and Steelers are rubbing elbows with the Browns and Bills.

Between you guys pissing all over the Texan's coming-out party, and half the Ravens D leaving on a stretcher eking out a home win against a poor Cowboys team, I don't think any AFC team would contend for the Super Bowl if they were in the NFC.
