I knew Gard recruited, but I thought the coup d'gras was Bo coming in and doing his quirky thing in order to seal the deal. Well, then. Good. I hope Gard can continue to bring in talent.
I know someone connected to the program during Bo's charge. There were a few players that respected Bo as a coach, but didn't like him as a person. Players genuinely like Gard.
I also know a Hawkeye coach from another sport, great stories about Bret Bielema.
I would love to know what great BB stories those were. I've heard plenty over the last year from the Razorback alum and people close that program. They weren't too happy the last year or so. Funny how his act wears thin when they aren't winning.
