I'll have to podcast it. The 2 biggest butthurt Viking fans whining. BIG surprise. They both bitched all week about how the wrong team was favored, Vegas had it wrong, Pittsburgh would win, etc.

Last week PA even said how he saw GB making the super bowl the whole way. Nevermind he picked Atlanta and Chicago to win those games.
Charch is a clown. A geek who made millions off of Fantasy Football. Not sure what whining you have heard on KFAN. Heard nothing but praise on PA's show on my way in.

So far Purple fans seem to be accepting the reality of the Pack being champs pretty well...meee-boy...

LOL only took 4 minutes.

I just tuned in and they're talking about how the Steelers had more yards, more first downs, blah blah blah.
this is my own personal favorite from vikingsmessageboard.com:

Of course, the 2010-2011 season ends like this
1. Vikings fall apart in the 2009-2010 NFC Championship Game, setting the stage for the following season.
2. Childress sends players to Mississippi to coax Favre into returning for a 20th season. Lies about it to the media.
3. Favre returns, and shortly after it's announced that Sidney Rice will miss at least half the season due to injury. Could have been avoided with earlier surgery.
4. Favre plays like crap.
5. Favre becomes center of media #### storm with the whole Sterger thing.
6. Vikes trade for Randy Moss, and cut him after one month.
7. Vikes suffer huge loss to Packers, Childress is fired the next day.
8. Metrodome roof collapses, sending the last quarter of the 2010 season into even further weirdness.
9. Packers win super bowl, with their new wonder QB.

Did I miss anything?

yep, Favre getting them to the brink last year made this year all that much better.

If they'd gone 8-8 with T-Jac both years, it wouldn't have been nearly as good.

Herd to get more 1st downs and yards when the end zone kept getting in the way.
Another classic:

How in the heck do the Packers get away with so much HOLDING year after year?? I bring it up every year and people say, well its cause you hate the Packers, or your watching more closely. But I swear the Packers hold more then any team in the NFL, year after year. They also have crazy good luck.

Boy, that has a familiar ring....oh yeah -- Vikings/Saints. The better team lost that day, too.

I heard that too while driving in and turned the station. Charch must have lost a lot of money to say that drivel.

There was an insane amount of holding in that game. Must have been 7-8 plays that I saw a clear hold. Two of those were on the Packers too.
Listened to bits of the podcast. I don't know WTF game Charch watched. He said the Steelers were the better team play in and play out for the majority of the game. What a tool. He then complained about Mendenhall not running enough - nevermind he's ripped Mendenhall for 2 years saying he was overrated.

"Greg Jennings wasn't much of a factor" - Paul Charchian
Barreiro was heaping the praise on GB. He's a Bear fan and a Packer hater. He picked against them the entire way. He said he was wrong and this was one of the most impressive runs in playoff history. He also said he's tired of hearing people complain that the Steelers were the better team, that if they were the better team they wouldn't have turned the ball over 3 times and other major mistakes.
It's got to be tough to be a Vikings Fan or Bears Fan for that matter.

MN had their shot last year, and right now that looks like a 6 win team going into next year. Chicago had a nice season, but it was a total mirage IMO and with Cutler as their QB they will never win the big one.

Detroit might be the 2nd best team in the NFC North next year. They have the makings of a pretty good young team, and if they can upgrade their secondary and OL they could be an 8+ win team next year.
