Niners will make the playoffs.  Carolina will be a team the Packers will be competing with for a WC assuming they don't win the division.

Are you talking about the 2-pt conversion?  If so, Trestman outsmarted himself.  He ran the same play on 4th and short last week against the packers and it should've failed then too.  Hawk knifed through the line and dove at Forte's legs, but missed (go figure) the tackle behind the line.

Fairly absolutely "ate" Forte on that play.

Care to let us know who Carolina was missing today due to injury. Go ahead and look it up. I'll take your answer off the air. No hurry.

Clay is a shell of himself with a cast on. Perry looked gassed. Neal still seems dinged up. Tough to ask guys like Clay and Perry to come back after missing time against a team that runs a high tempo offense,

Not looking to make excuses. The D was really bad today, really bad. But I'm not going to sit back and look at Carolina=tough and not say anything when they're only missing 3 marginally talented guys to injury. It's a BS "only come out when ****s going bad" post.

I'm shocked Drew Brees was still in the game up 25 points with 9 minutes left in the game.

Oh wait, they had 39 first downs. Padding stats, or chasing meaningless NFL records is Sean Payton's favorite pastime.
