Sanchez doesn't seem to have what it takes to win games for his team. I figured he would fit perfectly in an offense where they had a solid run game and a great defense, where he would just have to be the Trent Dilfer, but he has thus far proven himself incapable of playing that role. He's a back-up QB. His team got him to the AFC Championship twice and had he been able to do his job they would have at least made it to the big show. Teblow is no better.

When will teams realize that you have to pour money and resources into the QB position, finding and coaching up a player that will win games when you need him to AND can manage a run first offense. Build a HOF running attack around your QB because you won't win a SB without a great one!

I think another big issue is Shonn Greene. When they had at least a good committee backfield they went places because yeah, Sanchez was okay in that scenario. Tebow won last year when opposing offenses (and kickers) imploded against their defense (which was/is very good). Neither should be starting in the NFL, though Sanchez is probably borderline.
