I could flip a coin on this one...

I like Peyton, but I hate the Broncos for XXXII (I hold a grudge)

I like Russell Favre and Jon Schneider, but I hate the Seahawks for the Fail Mary (again, the grudge)

Oh, hell, I guess I'll root for the Hags to represent the NFC. I reserve the right to switch allegiance if a valid argument is presented up until kickoff on Feb 3, however.

I've never understood why so many Packer fans continue to hate the Broncos just because they beat the Packers in the SB. Sure, for a couple of years after it, I liked seeing the Broncos lose, but I don't give two craps about them now. The Packers went into that game as an overconfident bunch (blame the coaches for that), and Denver just happened to be the team that was good enough to make them pay for it. Who can ever forget NFL Films capturing Eugene Robinson saying "This team isn't better than us, they're not even good!". Any bitter feelings I have about that game are directed towards the coaches (their mental preparation of the players was awful, and the play calling wasn't very good either), Gabe Wilkins, Darius Holland and Favre.

I have lived in Colorado for 33 yrs now.  Broncomania made me hate the Broncos for years and then my worst nightmare came true when the Packers let the Broncos win that darn SB in San Diego.   Most of their fans in the stands are jerks too.

Nowadays, I have come to tolerate Broncomania.  It was almost nauseating this last week and now it will be completely over the top boasting and gloating for the next two weeks.

I'm not completely over that Super Bowl against the Broncos, but it's nowhere near as fresh and intense as my dislike for this Seahawks team. I don't really get the hate for Kaepernick though. He has tattoos and he has kind of a stupid celebration? Did I miss some interview where he was a total chode like Richard Sherman or something?
