This guy has been driving like an ahole for years. Don't like what I am hearing about this incident. Granted, the kid wasn't too bright running out into traffic like that.

I don't think he intended to hit him, but it sure seems clear from watching and listening to the video that he gunned the car intending to scare him or rooster tail him, which led to the back end of the car to slide up and into him.
Horrible all around.
