So, my daughter just moved to Chicago for her job, which at least gets me much closer to Green Bay compared to Rochester NY.  Thinking of meeting her and going up to see training camp.  Are the daytime practices free...I know the tickets for Family night are $10?  Also saw the following in part of an article on camp in the GBPG:

"The number of public practices has varied over the last decade, from a high of 25 in 2010, to a low of 15 in 2017 and 2018. The last time the Packers had 20 or more open practices was 2013."

Hmmm, lots of open practices in 2010...Super Bowl win.  Lowest number of open practices 2017-18, two dismal seasons.  Must be they need the extra coaches in the stands.

Yeah practices are free, but the stands fill up FAST! I think all the practices are like 10:15am, so I would get there at least an hour early, probably earlier if you want to have your choice of seats. It's not to bad to get there early really, specialists come out and do stuff and some of the players come out well before practice starts to stretch and do some drills.

Don't take too many pictures and especially don't take videos (I learned that the hard way ha ha).

They were cool about it, but yeah.  After Spygate, which we were victims of in 2006 (Nov. 19, 2006: Pats 35-Pack 0), I did not blame them one bit.  Yellow jacket knew right away I was local and we ended up laughing about it.

Be sure to give us a report I love those in-house ones.

Hey ROCHNY, if you want to make a weekend out of it, go for Family Night. That way you can hit a Friday practice then go to Lambeau for FN usually Saturday night. Tix are like $10.00 if that and you get the whole Lambeau experience.

I did that one summer and recommend it. It’s fun getting an early look at the team. Mid- season you see a guy on tv while on the other side of the country and go, β€œOh yeah, he stood out in practice too!” (I’m a dork I know.)

Also if you just want to do one night, you could just go for Family Night. It’s just a glorified practice anyway and they all but give tickets away.

Yup, don't want to miss those stretches.
