Gotta start winning.

OMGAWDβ¦β¦please take this away, itβs just so painful to see. Ugh, and owwww
It's just Kent Tekulve. He always threw side arm that way. He is not being injured, he just had a noodle arm.

He was pretty good too!
Is Wiemer finally finding his stroke and adjusting to major league pitching? He has an 8 game hitting streak.
Bats have come alive tonight. They must be pissed off after yesterday.
14-1. Mejia has a shot at a save! Those 3 run HRs are nice but it's all that traffic on the bases that is encouraging.
6 of 9 starters had multiple hits. Bottom 3rd of the order went 7/13 and each scored 2 runs.
Only the 6th time all season the Brewers have scored 10 or more runs.
Tekulve from the front
Itβs as if Stephen Hawking got up out of the chair.
Anyone remember when we traded for Francisco Mejia? I wanted him from Cleveland so bad and thought he would be the absolute shit as a backstop.
Rick's post above made me think of him.
I think I know which pitcher is going to get dropped from the rotation when Woodie comes back.
Adames with a terrible AB. 2nd and 3rd, no outs, 3-0 count, swings at 2 balls and then pops out to short.
More empty ABβs with RISP and less than 2 outs. Wiemer has left a small village on the bases tonight.
There were 2 ABs in that game that were brutal. The first Adames AB that I talked about and the first Weimer AB with the bases loaded. Turang just walked on 4 pitches to load the bases with no outs. Coming into the game the Pirate pitcher has walked 11 hitters in 15 inning. Weimer get ahead 3-0 and takes the automatic strike. On 3-1 he swings and misses a pitch a foot inside that would have forced in a rune and kept the bases loaded with no out. The 3-2 pitch he pops out to the catcher. Those were huge ABs that let this pitcher, entering the game with an ERA over 9, off the hook.
Pulled out a 3-2 victory. Frelick knocks in the tiering run in the 9th and Perkins singles to right with the bases loaded in the 10th.
That was fun!
Did anybody catch that stat, the Brewers were 0-48 when trailing after 8 innings?
Great come from behind win. Iβll take it!
This Frelick kidβ¦.I have a feeling about him.
Maybe itβs gas. π
Burnsey didnβt get the W tonight, but he was NL pitcher of the month for July. Heβs getting back on track in a big way. Now, if we can just get Woody backβ¦.

I know our offense has been wildly inconsistent, but thatβs still shocking, especially for a first place team.

Woodie starts tomorrow.
With this line up it looks like CC is trying to get Adames some better pitches to hit. And welcome back Woody.
HEEESSSSS Back, Woody strikes out the side in the 1st.
Our offense has scored 1 run in the last 10 innings in support of Burnes and Woodruff.
Thatβs not going to cut it, especially against the Pirates.
2 runs. 1 in the 9th and 1 in the 10th last night.
I meant runs scored while the starters were in. I could have worded that much better.
This guy is overpowering our paltry offense. When the pitching allows 2 runs that should be a win.
SMH over offensive ineptitude.
