Hi tops.....those were the days
When football was played by MEN.
Giants with white pants?
What happened to the gray pants?
Again, I'm old school.
Wait.
Maybe white pants are old school?
The Giants wore white pants in the late 70s up until about 2000. Both Super Bowls with Parcells were in white pants. They also wore helmets that said "GIANTS" on the side instead of "NY"
They had "giant" written on their helmets? That's a little cocky.

Or big cocky

The pants are actually dark blue, theyre just covered in cocaine
Caughlin can't get the challenge flag out in time because he keeps it in his sock. Defense is screaming for a challenge. Luck quick snaps it to a wide open Fleener TD.
Ugly night so far for the Giants.
Somebody sure lit a fire under the asses of Colts defense and STs. Those guys have been bringing the wood! Their offense is sputtering a bit, but they are in the lead.
Giants defense hasn't been too bad, but their offense is. Very anemic for the players they have.
Just missed seeing Eli catch his own pass AND recover his own fumble on the same play.
Tittle lost a lot of championship games, two to the Pack.
Did Unitas ever win one? Greatest game ever?
Yes, the 1958 game is his one title.

Colts repeated in 1959 so Johnny U had two rings.
I was being facetious. They also won the NFL(NFC) in 1968 only to lose to the Jets in SB-III. They did win SB V with Unitas.

I just looked that up and saw that the Giants lost 5 NFL championships in 6 years.
I had one thought when watching that horrible performance by the Giants last night. Why the heck can't Eli Manning and his receivers save those awful performances for games when they play the Packers?
When the Giants play the Pack, the receivers never drop anything, Eli is spot on with his passes, and just overall they give way way more effort vs. the Pack than against most other teams. The last time I remember the Giants playing poorly vs. the Pack was early in the 2007 season when the Pack knocked Eli out and Jared Lorenzen had to finish the game.
Since that time, I don't recall Eli ever having one of his "off" days against the Pack. The Pack beat them in the regular season in 2011, but even then, Eli torched the defense pretty good that day and Rodgers saved the Pack by going on a last minute drive to win the game. Just frustrating to see teams like the Giants suck so bad against other teams, yet look like the greatest offense of all time vs. the Pack.
Hey NFL, when you are on 3 nights a week, every week, your product loses some of it's luster.
