Enlighten me.

 

Are police videos of interrogations available through the Freedom of Information Act, (or some other legal means), or does TMZ or some other source have to obtain it illicitly.

 

I'm no fan of Warren Sapp, in fact I think he is a giant turd, but IMO there is no reason for this kind of stuff to be made public.

Warren copped a deal. A pretty sweet plea deal at that. Plead guilty to a lesser charge. Had to attend a "Prostitution Solicitation Diversion Program" whatever that is. 

 

He also had to pay $1,174.24 restitution to one of the prostitutes involved in the incident and $150.00 to the other. 

 

Which is another way of saying the ugly one got stiffed twice.

I think that's where you hire Wal-Mart hotties to give out donut samples as a cop diversion while you solicit a hooker.
