The new unis look stoopid!
Open new stadium with your away unis?
Probably because it keeps the Cowboys from wearing white, which they prefer.

Well, that defensive opening performance by the Cryboys looked vintage MM/Capers ..

He really needs to get his weight under control. Given his family history, he's a cardiac event waiting to happen.
Dak actually does look like a better passer. That was always the thing holding Dallas back IMO, hopefully itâs just fluke and he reverts to being inconsistent and unreliable.
Goff is a weird QB. Looks great one play and looks like he's never played the game the next.
Yeah I think heâs a QB robot who does exactly what McVay has programmed him to do and overheats when heâs asked to improvise. Iâm not a believer in Goff, kind of reminds me of Chad Pennington.
Good analogy, but Pennington had a rag arm.
Kind of hilarious that both offenses seem to be moving at-will in the passing game yet canât seem to seal the deal. Defenses look weak yet the score is only 20-14. Feels like it should be 42-35 based on some of these chunk plays.
Progressive needs to show that new Baker Mayfield ad more----33 times in one day is just not enough.
Dumb decision by the Cryboys not to take those points on the road.
Riverboat Mike fails on 4th and 4 when he could tie the game.

Vintage MM playcall.
The only difference this time is the Cowboys are owned by someone who will call him out on this kind of bullshit.
McCarthy looks like a slightly different shade of Violet Beauregarde.
I think I like the metallic blue on the Rams' helmets, but the rest screams:
The light gray uniforms look like white ones soaked in sweat.
I eagerly await JJ's press conference tonight.
I think MM's play style and play calling is gonna see him chewed up and spit out of that city inside 2 years.
Weak ass call on offensive PI
If MM takes those points, they are playing in OT. Vintage MM brain fart.
All that off-season studyin' u and Mac is still Mac.
How both them Cowboys.
The McCarthy era gets started with a whimper in Dallas
While Dallas isnât the NY or Philly media, they are not going to be lobbing Jason Wilde softballs to MM either. Itâs going to be interesting to watch MM deal with a harsher press. Including loud mouth fans who arenât as polite as GB either.
That's something that will be interesting to watch this year that I hadn't really thought much about: coaches and players vs fans in the stands. 'Boys fans can't really express their displeasure except on call-ins or social media. It's not like they can lob insults in person and vent -- unless those cardboard cutouts grow vocal cords. I wonder how that will affect fans' interaction with the game. Will it continue to mean as much or not? Will Jerruh be as forgiving? Nah...
They didn't just lose the game.

I believe we'll be seeing a lot more injuries over the next 3 weeks. This is what the pre-season is for....conditioning. Practice.....slowly gets your body back into NFL action readiness.
Really surprised about how well the offenses around the league played today.
Crowd noise favors the defense in both creating emotion / energy & disrupting offensive communication, not surprised that offenses in general were better than defenses with no fans.
Certainly a different approach than he took in the playoff game in Seattle.
I think Jason Garrett is smiling, maybe laughing, at Jerruh and MM.

I don't know that I agree with that. Lots of guys have been playing sparingly in preseason for years now. To me, preseason is getting a good look at the bottom half of your roster, making the final decision on those last 4-5 spots on your final 53 and deciding who you want to bring back on the practice squad.
