Yes.  There are four portions to the QBR, which are each measured on a scale from 0 to roughly 39.6 (technically, it's (19/8) * (50/3)):

Completion percentage
Yards per attempt
Interception rate
TD rate

That stat line shows a100% completion percentage, which gets the maximum QBR, as well as a 0% INT rate, which is obviously perfect for that a well.  The other two, negative yards per attempt and 0% TD rate, are obvious zeroes.

He started last year the same way. He hasn’t been able to practice for weeks with his calf injury.

Vikings get a gift when they were stopped on 3rd down and get a TD.

What a gift! Because the DB was touching the back of the WR it's an interference call? Wow. Game 1 for the refs as well.

And MN gets a TD out of it, although the TB defense made them work for it.

I paid big money for Sunday Ticket and I'm watching Redzone.  Too much action for one game. But the Packers aren't on out here, so that's when it pays. I guess.
