You gotta do something that gives Cam a run/pass option right?
Why not give Cam some sort of option there?
That was not what I was thinking.
I sat & watched that last play & was stunned. The other 10 guys stayed in to block. It looked like a straight run with Cam. I just don't get that. Unless......
Belichick wants to keep losing to get #1 pick overall....I'm not letting that go. I also think the Vikings could be in play for #1 overall too.
New England is gonna win their division again unless they have more significant injuries. Belichick doesn't need the #1 pick/Clemson QB to have a winning franchise. Despite his flaws, BB is a fantastic coach and great evaluator of talent. The Jets are awful. Miami is in transition. And Buffalo is good, but I don't think they're "there" yet.
Disagree on Buffalo. Josh Allen is the real deal. They win the division this year.
So Niners lose Solomon Thomas and Nick Bosa to season-ending ACLs. Wow!!
I bet Garappalo is out at least a month too. Those high ankle sprains are no joke.
I believe it's his left ankle, so that's not as bad as his "plant" foot while throwing. I don't see him missing any time, but it'll depend on how it affects his play.
seems like a lot of ACLs popping this year. stay healthy GBP and win it all

Step into the throw and then pivot on the left foot. That'll hurt.
He's not A-A-Ron where he can roll-out left and throw a dart along the sideline without ether foot being on the ground.
No doubt it will be a discomfort at a minimum. But I think it would be a bigger issue if it were his plant foot.
I still give him a month to get better.
