Sloppy Joe is browned ground beef with a thicker spiced up tomato sauce concoction (some diced green pepper & onion mixed in). I believe Manwich is a brand of pre-made Sloppy Joe mix to add to the ground beef.
While BBQ can be ground beef or shredded beef or shredded pork or shredded chicken, with a BBQ sauce as the mixer to make it tastier.
A "Loose Meat Sandwich" is what occurs when TD, chickenboy and Diggr have another of their infamous meatings.
Then there's "pulled pork" which did not make the list

If you ever have the misfortune of being on Ottumwa, you should really try it. Nothing like sitting around a horseshoe shaped counter with a giant tub of simmering hamburger in the middle.
And let me know what the current record is. Back in the late 80's the record was 6 or 7 sammiches. I can't imagine eating two.
