WTF? Seriously don't understand the whining from some fans over the business end of football. Trying to equate Jennings to Bert? Idiotic.
Don't discard that Jennings/Favre similarity too soon. There's a report today on Bleacher Report (I know - not the most reliable of sources) citing the Vikings as the most likely landing place for Jennings; especially now that the Dolphins have re-signed Hartline.

I haven't burned my Jennings jersey yet, but I've got a pack of matches in my pocket.
Again - Jennings fulfilling his contract with the Green Bay Packers then deciding the Minnesota Vikings offer him the best opportunity among the 32 teams able to bid for his services in no way compares to Favre coming out of retirement and demanding a trade to an in-division rival with the intent to "stick it to" the team for not taking him back.

Favre did end up in MIN as a free agent, but it's not fair to compare the paths there if that's where Jennings ends up. (Which feels almost inevitable at this point.)
I don't care if GJ wants to finish his career with the dysfunctional queens - that's his problem. He didn't retire from the Packers and then want to come back and then want to stick it to the GBP when they still didn't want him. Heck, I hope he does go to the queens... for big money and then spends the next 3 years playing 50% of the time from nagging injuries. And I'm not saying he's injury prone but playing on those sh*t surfaces over there in queendom isn't gonna help a thing.
If Mr and Mrs Jennings trade Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay for Sister Christian and Minny for a little more scratch...

1. The "his wife wants out of GB" argument is voided and we know Greg wanted out.
2. Reading the Jennings family twitter-rhea thoughts on Ponder will be a whole lot of fun.

I don't see any way he ends up in Minny though. Tennessee, Cincy, Seattle make more sense.

Christ. Bert intentionally went to the Vagines. Jennings is playing the FA game like every other receiver.

What a bunch of ****ing Nancies.
Henry, your personal attacks on people who disagree with you have become a tired act.

Was it really necessary to respond to my post with, "What a bunch of ****ing Nancies."?

Or did you need to say Johnny Boy's comments were "Idiotic?"

I don't know you personally, but I think that's probably a good thing. You don't seem to be the kind of person I would WANT to know.

That would be a pretty formidable offense, with AJ, GJ and Foster. I can't see the Texans paying that type of $$$ in one position.
If you are going to burn you jersey because a free agent signed with another team, you probably deserve to be called a nancy. I'd hate to see Greg as a viking, but if they offer him the best deal, who am I to judge that kind of decision.

comparing a player who retired, then unretired, in order to try to force the team he was still under contract with to trade him to a division rival with a player who played out his contract without complaint and is now exercising his free agency is idiotic.

This! Well said.

Comparing the Jennings situation to the Favre situation is idiotic at best!
If Jennings is looking for a legit QB to play with, that limits his options a lot. In my opinion his options are New England, Houston, Indy, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh. New England seems like the most likely if his demands come down, but a team like Indy would really make sense. This one will be very interesting. The QB factor should eliminate Miami, Oakland, Minnesota, and Buffalo, but you never know if the QB thing is just a game Jennings people threw out.
sister Jennings likes Peyton Manning the best...but I think Greg ends up getting LUCKy in Indy on Tuesday afternoon

Close to his Michigan roots, Midwest living, up and coming QB and indoors where its nice and warm....
