I'm guessing they play Sunday late but don't they alternate AFC/NFC every year?

Wilde reports Jordy Nelson was saying they'd play Saturday night. Whether Jordy has any inside dope is not known.
Early word is the late game Saturday night.

You got to be kidding. We play the late afternoon Sunday game, and we have to play a day early in first round. Stupid NFL.

So far forecast is a high of 24 and partly sunny. I'd imagine by 8pm looking at a game time temp in the high teens.
I guess with the Cowboys and Redskins playing the Sunday night game they thought it would be even less fair to have that team play Saturday night.

Yep. It's over and done with no doubt. But the fact remains this team if not for what's been considered the worst call in recent NFL history we would be the 2nd seed and have earned the bye.

When it happened in Seattle you had to know that someway, somehow that game would come back and have a major impact on the playoff picture in the NFC. Well, it appears it certainly did but there is nothing they can do about it now. I think we as fans dwell on that crap more than the players do, but whatever the case this team needs to hunker down and get focused in a hurry because the A-Train is coming to town. They'd better be locking themselves in the film room for the next two days and then get after tackling in practice and make it count on Saturday. We all know they are capable of going on a playoff run, but if they don't play better this week it'll be one and done and that's all she wrote.
You're only as good as your last game. Hopefully Woodson comes back because his knowledge and experience makes a big difference in games like this. I don't care if he's half the athlete he was 10 years ago; the guy is money and he doesn't make bonehead mistakes like we saw yesterday.
