Tell me again, how many jacks are wild in Lambeau?

Instead of driving to the game I'm thinking of taking the bus back and forth. Looks like it's a free ride too and a stop close to our hotel. Anyone done this before? Just wondering if it's a good idea or not? Doubt we will be able to bring things from Ohio in our one vehicle for tailgating.
If you do this let us know how it works out. I haven't ever done it because it is a zoo getting out of the stadium. I like having my car there in case we forget something. We have designated Packers luggage/duffel bag to keep our stuff in and if you are tailgating or just walking through the stadium lot to hang out with other people tailgating, you can always go back to the car to get things.
By the way we did use the bus last Sunday and it worked out great. But, we didn't bring tailgate supplies from Ohio and met friends who were tailgating. We stayed at the Hyatt on Main on the north end and it took @ 25-30 min. to get to Lambeau. But, we didn't have to find a place to park or pay for parking and the bus ride is free on game days. We had a blast for the time we were there too. Did the Lambeau tour on Sat. We had already visited the Hall of Fame. Titletown Brewery after the tour. Crowded but you have to expect that.
I want to thank you guys for your help. My son and I had a great time at the game, and all the input was very helpful.
We left Madison at 6am to beat the traffic, and getting up there was a breeze. We were in the tailgate area at least 15 minutes before the gates open, which was just fine. Then we enjoyed being among the first to rent seatbacks and check out our seats. In hindsight the only thing I'd do differently is go to the Pro shop early on. We went after the game, thinking that most fans would be in a hurry to drive out, but the pro shop was packed.
We would have also gone to the HOF to kill some time, but were told that closes at the end of games, which seems odd to me.
The drive out was murder, so we stopped in Kaukauna (sp?) for dinner. By the time we were done, traffic was much better.
All in all a great day with my wonderful son. Great to get this bucket list trip done before he graduates from law school and moves away (and probably starts having kids). Yes, the Packers didn't play a great game, but I'm SO glad it was at least a WIN!
Thanks again everyone. Including Tooner! Whatever happened to him? His tips were helpful too.
