For the past four games it seems one or two players step up their games, take control, and excel. While it's pretty much a given that ARod always comes to play, some of the others have been a surprise. Against the Patriots, it was Flynn (even though we lost, he played very well). Against the Giants, it was Kuhn. Against the Bears in the last week, it was Walden and Masthay. Against the Iggles, it was Starks. Against the Falcons, it was Tramon.

So who do you think steps it up this week?

I'm playing a hunch and saying Quarless helps beat the Cover 2, and Driver finds the holes in the middle of the field. I could also see Starks stepping up again since both times we played the Bores we didn't have a running game.

Same thought. I see Woodson playing out of his mind trying to bring some mayhem to this game.
Finley had a monster game against the Bears in Week 3 (9 catches, 115 yards).

Our TE's had 2 catches for 6 yards against them in Week 17.

Quarless has been coming on as of late. I'm saying break-dance out party.

Crabtree. The Bares won't know what hit them. Literally.

Mark it down.

I agree....if not him, then Donald Lee....the Bores will be so worried about Crabtree and Quarles that Lee will be open....key 3rd down red zone plays...

if not...

then look for Shields to step up and get 2 picks

It better be Hawk, with Forte running and catching those swing passes, he's going to be in for a lot of action headed his way.

AJ will (needs to) be huge on Sunday. Cutler looked to Rasheed Davis the laat 4 weeks. Specifically when he saw pressure coming. Quick, short hitters down the middle to get the ball out of his hands, fast. AJ will have chances to get in that lane.
This week is about the respect tour

-AJ Hawk
-Colledge
-B Jackson
-Jones

Those guys get railed on more than any other GB players it seems, and how cool would it be to see them all step up and shut up the critics (me included)?

I do think some of the older guys like Clifton and Woodson and Driver will make a strong effort because I don't know how long they will continue to play. It would be great to see them go out with a ring.
Before I say his name, think of a guy that plays well all the time but every 3rd or 4th game he's a monster.

Think D-Line....

Think Cullen Jenkins. I believe he will wreak havoc on the Bear O-Line, freeing up Hawk, Bishop and Clay Matthews. Expect Cullen to be in Jay's face all day long.
Donald Driver

The last NFC championship game in 07, he seemed like the only receiver on the team. All the others just looked cold. He still shows the strongest fight for the ball, making the tough catches over the middle. So he has proven himself in weather, where the rest really haven't.

The pass game is key for us, and he will keep the chains moving.

Driver coming out of the slot will take advantage of the Tampa 2 weakness in the seam, a role usually handled by the tight end. Can't cry over spilled milk with Finley. But he would be nice to have!
