Assuming both can go, who would you rather see starting, Walen or Zombo?

Zombo was a nice surprise earlier in the season, but Walden has looked solid since he stepped into the starting role. This is a close call. I'm on the fence.

I'm going with Walden....IIRC wasn't Walden spying Vick quite a bit in the Iggle game? If so I think a similar approach would work with The Rapist. Walden's bigger and I think would be able to The Rapist down if he tries to get out of the pocket.

Update: yes having both would be ideal.
I say rotate them. Zombo is better against the run but Walden offers more as a pass rusher. Capers loves substituting so if both are healthy, I'd expect them both play.

IMO, pass coverage and stopping the run will win this game. You need to pressure Roethlisberger but IMO, he is so good at evading the rush, escaping the pocket and keeping a play alive that you almost would prefer that extra pass rusher to be in coverage.
JSonline just blogged that Walden wont practice till next week WED. I would think that GB will need all hands on deck at the OLB position for the Super Bowl.

I agree with Boris that both will play if healthy. Walden may not even able to go as sometimes those darn ankle thingies can linger and linger.

What about Biggs ? I think he is nicked up also and Francois finished the NFC Championship game and was not much in the pass rush dept.
Walden. More speed, bigger body, better rusher, more able to chase Big Bent and get him down, better able to stay with a RB, and recover if he makes a mistake. I like Zombo, but I see him as more of a run-stopper.
Last weeks inactive:
QB 6 G.Harrell, CB 22 P.Lee, RB 23 D.Nance, CB 40 J.Gordy, LB 58 F.Zombo,
C/G 62 E.Dietrich-Smith, G 67 N.McDonald, DE 94 J.Wynn

I agree both should and will play, so who sits down for Zombo to play? Briggs is listed as the back-up to Walden currently.
I went back and watched the NFC Championship the other day, Walden was injured on the first drive of the third quarter, on second down. Really a nasty looking injury, turf gives out and his ankle bends back all the way underneath him. The kind that looks like it could have ended up being a distal tibia fracture. Thank god it wasn't and he popped right back up, but I watched him struggle through the third down play, clearly it was bothering him, multiple times he puts both hands on his knees and bends over, clearly in a lot of pain. You don't see him again after that third down, also Cutler's last play.

Both at 100% I vote for Walden, but if he's still favoring that ankle, I guess Zombo should go
