I thought this article by WIlde on Joe Whitt was really good. I have even more respect for Whitt now than I did, and I had a pretty high respect for him before reading this.

Long article but great read.
I love how he took over with Woodson & AL Harris (2 very strong personalities) & helped them improve. Impressive.
Maybe Dom will "retire" & Whitt will be our new DC in 2017?
A move like that would make me even happier than some of the names I mentioned in other threads.
Initially, I wasn't sold on Whitt as a DC because he didn't have DL or LB experience. Typically, a guy gets new/different responsibilities for a season before ascending to the Coordinator position
But I've adjusted my thinking over time. This dude can coach.
And if he ascends to DC, it limits the disruption of the defense and the accompanying acclimatization period
I find it so fascinating how he talks to the players he is coaching. This could revolutionize coaching.
I'm curious about his philosophy on covering the middle of the field?
Let's hope he's for it. That would definitely differentiate him from his boss.

There are songs in this world that have more than one note
Surprisingly enough, those are the songs people seem to enjoy the most ...
Then why is cRAP popular?
Boom. Boom. Boom.
Thump. Thump. Thump.

I was afraid you'd post the 3 hour version of : " This is my pee pee "
Would you rather listen to some death metal?
It's the story of a ragtag collection of undrafted free agents, ex-baseball players, ex-basketball players and little-known late-round picks who have blossomed under his brand of tough-love tutelage.
Err, not yet.
