Some interesting names on the list, including 3-4 DE Kendall Langford in Miami

47. Kendall Langford
DE | Miami Dolphins
Age: 26 | FA Type: Unrestricted

Solid against the run, the 6-6, 295-pound Langford wasn't as productive in 2011 as he had been in past seasons, but he certainly could hold appeal to clubs employing 3-4 fronts. He might be on the underrated side.

If Collins retires, it would be great to get a guy like this:

Dashon Goldson
S | San Francisco 49ers
Age: 27 | FA Type: Unrestricted

Guy is a stud. Not sure if the 49ers can resign all of the UFA's they seem to have.

Also like this guy :

Jason Jones
DT | Tennessee Titans
Age: 26 | FA Type: Unrestricted

He's a DE/DT guy that has good strength and quicks...somewhat like Cullen Jenkins.
From a 43 but IMO could be a very good 5 tech in Capers defense. Titans moved him to DE in their defense last year where he struggled, but was great inside at DT the year before.
Aaron Maybin
DE-OLB | New York Jets
Age: 24 | FA Type: Restricted

As the Bills' 2010 first-round pick, Maybin lasted two dismal seasons in Buffalo before landing with the Jets. Though he was just a part-time player, Maybin flourished in Rex Ryan's system and notched six sacks and four forced fumbles. Considering his youth and pass-rush ability, it will be interesting to see how Maybin's career progresses.

Make it happen ROTTT. Shoulda been the pic all along...Chance to fix the MariRaji screw up

A more likely scenario is Titans S Michael Griffin...he has lapses at times, but he is a way better option than Peprah. Goldson is going to re-sign with the Whiners.

Considering the Jets are expected to give him a first-round tender I kind of doubt it. Wouldn't have been a bad flyer pick up last year though.

Which would be an upgrade to Neal based on last year's production...though if they do give him a 1st round tender, not worth signing him. Also, maybe I am in the weeds here...but I am still holding out hope Neal will be far closer to the flashes we saw as a rook than what we saw last year. But I also fear that the front office will hang on to him too long a la Bustin' Loose.

No, he's not the 16th overall pick, but he's still a 2nd rounder.

Honestly, I think even Peprah would be OK at S, provided they get pressure from DE and OLB...that will make any DB better.

Maybin and Neal would not play the same position in Capers defense. (guessing you know that) Smiler
