Wisconsin travels to Rutgers today in B1G basketball. Bucky is on a 4 game winning streak and sits atop the B1G with a 6-1 record. Rutgers is 1-7. In their 1st B1G game of this season Badgers defeated Rutgers 72-52 in Madison. Game can be found on the Big Ten Network at 11:00 Kohl Center Time.

Happ dominates the first 2-3 minutes and then Hayes, Brown, Koenig, and Showalter all take 3s early in the shot clock without first feeding Happ inside and all of a sudden it's tied again.

Very poor shooting so far from Bucky.
Awful is too good a word for the Badgers offense in the first half.

Just dumb. Rutgers goes on a 6-0 run. That's like a 15-0 run in a game with a regular amount of points.
I love Gard, but that was a dumb combination to play together when you are already struggling on offense and you are giving up a lot of defense as well.
Ugh.....turned them off.......
Hopefully this is their worst game of the year. This was just an overall embarrassment of epic proportions other than Happ.

HOLY COW.......a good team indeed. Feel kinda bad I couldn't, didn't watch.
Usually don't see the whole team (minus Happ) stay that cold for the entire game. Really fortunate to escape with the win.
3-25 from 3. Koenig hit a huge one with less than a minute left in regulation to give them a chance, but other than that it was ugly. And many of the threes were wide open.

That is an impressive win for the poise they showed. Rutgers was playing great defense and the Badgers never lost confidence, and once it got to overtime you could see they knew they had it.
These guys are ready for the tournaments to start. Awesome win.

Teams will have games like this better now than in March!!

and I do feel terrible I didn't watch it all.
Just finished the game on TiVo. Fugly. Right about BK. That 3 and those free throws in OT were huge. Even huger I thought was Happ making a Free Throw in OT that gave us a 5 point lead. I thought for sure he'd miss both.
Just a horrible shooting day at MSG. I think it's a good measure of our team on how we came back to win this game.

Games like these happen to the best teams, and they can happen at any time.
It his how they deal with them that matters, and this team proved it can overcome. That is what I think was so impressive about this win. They pulled their heads out of their asses like they knew they could. They didn't panic.

I love watching Showalter play basketball. I thought he go screwed on his last foul, but he probably should not have tried to dive after the ball so late.
The ref that called had a bad angle? It did look like he barely hit him.
