Retired and planning on another Lambeau game this season but want to take time and see more of the state. Where? Never been to Madison, Appleton, the Dells, etc. Any recommendations? We did stop at Port Washington on one game trip and really enjoyed the town. Where else???

You need to see southwestern WI in the fall. The Mississippi River with the multi type and color of trees is outstanding. Bright blue sky on a calm day with the colors reflecting off the water is a sight to behold.
Echo Ammo on the fall color. Also, Madison to see the campus and drive above the stadium and look down into the bowl. The student center on the lake isn't bad either. And I've never been, but many say the drive out past GB to the tip of the point into Lake Michigan is nice with a lot of small towns.
That would be Door County, and it's a bucket list level place.
Scenery-wise
1. Door County (as Lovepack says). It reminds me of the Maine Coast. Sister Bay, Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, and the other little towns up there are very nice. Fall colors are beautiful.
2. If you so anything in the Dells area, go to Devils Lake State Park near Baraboo. Gorgeous views. Stay away from the Dells itself unless you have kids/grandkids that like waterparks.
3. If you have an extended period of time, go up to the Apostle Islands. The problem is it's another 5 hours North of Green Bay.
Golf
1. If you are into golf, Whistling Straits on Lake Michigan between Milwaukee and Green Bay is as good as it gets. It's like you are in Scotland. It's expensive, but how often can you play on the same course as the most recent Ryder Cup?
Thanks all. Door county area will be in our next trip. Looks awesome!
Has anyone used a Packers game/hotel package option recently that you would recommend? Looking at the home opener vs. Bears with a Green Bay hotel and then going for several days up to Sister Bay (Country House). Iβve used Event USA previously. Are there any other good options to check? Thanks
Funny you mention that E-K-B. I did a cheese pairing at a wine walk Friday night and the cheese I chose was Mild Brick from Widmars. People loved it.
The best cheese on the planet
Marieke Gouda from Thorp WI gives it a run for the money. U S Cheese Champion in 2013.
The NFL is launching it's own streaming service.

The NFL is entering the streaming arena.
Looks like a whole lot of nothing and looking to have Apple carry NFL ticket.
Short term it's a replacement for OTA antenna for anyone that has one for watching football. Longer term will likely be much much more than that.
The only thing there will be much more of is the NFL making money. They really don't care if the fans can watch.

Be sure to pronounce the name of the town correctly. It is NOT "ter-Δ-sah." It's "ther-ES-ah". I hear "Teresa" on the TV and my first reaction is, "Not from around here, are you?" I guess it just irks me when TV "professionals" don't take the time to verify pronunciations of the surrounding localities.
Also in Theresa - Confections by Joel. He was born blind and started this business quite a few years ago now. I remember him from when I took a baking class at the vo-tech. He has helpers, of course. Just down the street from Widmer's.
