Needless to say, the second half power outage was decisive.

Wisconsin junior Jordan Davis, has entered the NCAA transfer portal.
Good luck to JD. Seems like a good kid, tried hard, thatβs all you can ask.
Won't be missed. He couldn't the broadside of a barn if standing in it. Maybe he will join his brother in the "G" league.

He was only here to get Johnny to come anyways. He might as well have been named Thanasis.

Less than 40% from the field. I remember when the two were signed they described Jordan as more of a defensive player. We all know what that means.
I read the Badgers had no available scholarship before this. The article said expect more players to leave. I'm not sure by who's choice. Beyond the starting 5 no player on this roster will be missed. When 6-7 Carter Gilmore is your backup Center in the Big Ten you're hurting.
The Badgers are in a bad place right now.
Gard has no credibility trying to get decent players through the portal. Heβs a marginal recruiter to begin with.
But hey, they could be close to turning the corner. So says that stooge homer Brian Butch.

Gard is still pissed about the Michigan game.
Wish you well JD. Guys like him transferring won't kill a program
Can you imagine where this program is if Hepburn and/or Essegian transfer?

That kind of shows you where this program is. Davis only got a scholarship because of his brother. Two years later he's a starter.
NTS went on to win the NIT in basically the same fashion they beat WI. The opponent score about 3 points in the final 10+ minutes.

We'll see how Lindsay steps up to fill in for Davis. Maybe Ilvers too.
Nether guy was given enough minutes to make me feel Gard has confidence in them. Livers likes to shoot and wasn't getting any minutes after getting a little playing time for a short while.
