Sanchez could  have been a decent-to-good QB in the right situation. Unfortunately, Rexy and the Jets wasn't it.

He may not have ever been Pro Bowl caliber, but there is a long list of teams that have won SB's with mediocre QB's. Now, his career path may follow someone like David Carr. Used and abused 'til they're broken down, then flush 'em down.

I had to look this up. Couldn't happen to a better team. Priceless stuff

That's pretty messed up to send Sanchez out there behind the 2nd & 3rd string OL. Ryan saying it was "All him" is B$ too.

Ryan is a lame duck head coach & they're definitely in the conversation for the Clowney sweepstakes. Jets / Raiders / Jags / Browns.

One of those 4 teams will be drafting #1 overall next year

And when he continues not to give them the answer they want, they write that he's a big disrespectful meanie, conveniently ignoring that they were asking him the same question over and over.  They're ****.q hypocrites.

This is part of the reason why so many players and coaches hate sportswriters.  And why the sportswriters deserve to be hated.

If the Jets end up with the #1 pick, im not convinced they'd select clowney given how bad their QB situation has been.

Bridgewater or Boyd are more likely to go #1 right now given how bad the projected bottom 4 teams are at QB.  David Fales with a huge season could make the top 10 as well.  Clowney would look great in Green and Gold, but if that ever came true it would mean AR-12 got abducted by aliens.
