The problem is that ownership let Tucker walk in the offseason and released Cousins to save money. That's the only reason for those decisions. They could have released Ojeleye or Hood instead of Cousins, but they had guaranteed contracts.

The failure to resign Tucker may have helped give the East title to Miami. That was indefensible.

So, now we get to watch teams come back against their bench with Connaughton or Wes Matthews trying to guard guys that are 5 inches taller and have 40 pounds on them.
