Well this goes a long ways towards explaining why Manning was a non-factor for so much of the pre-season.
To keep practicing, playing, and studying without one word to the media shows he is Packer People.
I hope they kept a moped or Harley handy for those rapid episodes that could plaque Manning at anytime. Pedalling not so much.

He felt "violated" by a colonoscopy. Now that's funny. Which was the tough part, getting sedated or waking up and farting a lot.
Let me guess, the hospital ran out of propofol that day.
The big tough guys are always the ones who faint when they get their blood drawn.

After watching the videos on him before the draft I was shocked at how quiet he was during camp. I though he might have been having trouble picking up the scheme, but no...this dude had little alien monsters tearing up his insides and still managed to not embarrass himself at the highest level of professional sport. Props to him for never making a peep about it either.
I can't wait to see what he can do at full strength and if I was AJ Hawk I'd be concerned that this beast is coming after my job. It's only a matter of time. Might not be this year but might not be much longer than that.
This also goes to show how good 1265 is at keeping things nice and quiet.

Read the story last night. That had to be extremely tough to deal with while attempting to make a NFL roster. I think TT has done a remarkable job stockpiling talent at the LB position.

I have had the"pleasure" of that procedure 3 times ( found some ugly polyps so frequent checks) but nothing is like having a GP with a finger that looks like an oak branch pobing you at your annual!

That makes sense now, I saw him in the KC game make two glaring blunders and was wondering why. There was a long run up the middle when he was moving into the gap and just stopped when he would have amde a run stoipping play.
Having a sister with Crohns and having suffered intestinal problems myself I'm surprised he was able to hold up during any physical contact.
