2) 'I' formation. PA to Lacy with Kuhn leading (2 extra blockers), seem route by Finley, Jordy (opp Finley) on 7 yard out, and Cobb (just outside Finley) crossing short underneath but behind the LBer who should have bit on the PA. This will show whether or not SFO will respect the run with the GBP. Don't need a big play, just need to see if the run will be there.

MM has made me a believer in deferring. Extreme weather conditions may call for selecting the goal you would want to defend, but otherwise, I'm deferring.
1st play is Jordy running that "Z" pattern he was so good at a couple of years ago deep down the right sideline.
Need the D to bite on PA for that Jordy route to work.

I could just a scenario where MM doesn't put the rookie out there for the first offensive play of the season. That's not to say he won't get the overwhelming majority of the carries. I just thought it was odd MM had DH penciled as the starter even though he didn't play in the preseason (until the game he got hurt).
