Jesus Christ...
3 and out!!!
DAMMMMMMMMMMMN
Terrible.
They didn't need to score but they needed to give the d a rest.

What a stupid play a call on 3rd down
DΓ©jΓ Vu
Exact same start as last week's game. Long queens drive for a FG followed by another 3 and out.
Not a good start for the pack

The Packers defense will get control but it does not make you brim with confidence about the prospect of facing San Fran.
You're talking about other people's bravado yet you're alredy talking about San Fran?

That's what happens when you don't have confidence to get half a yard on the ground.
This is not the way this game was supposed to start.....although this kind of start is getting way too familiar.
These aren't the old Williams brothers Vikings. You run the ball there, right up the middle, and you'll pick it up.quote:Originally posted by Tschmack:

CATCH THE *&$@'ING BALL!!!!!
It was only about a 3 foot pass.
It was only about a 3 foot pass.
This is bad.
Cripes.........
Great contain there by Walden.
The Vikings have the perfect personnel to play cold weather games.

Yup!
Wow, we need more of that stupid.
LOL Webb.
Better!!! Now let's move the damn ball!!!!
Nice play Walden. How is that not grounding?
Favrian
Unreal that wasn't intercepted.

Because he lobbed it straight up in the air.
Take a good look at that last pass, Packers. That's the kind of QB Joe Webb is, put heat on him, and he'll throw you the ball.
Spread the field and you'll get 1 on 1 somewhere and hit it big.

It could've been caught
Should have been in the grasp.
Um... That was TJ Rubley..esque.....
All we need to do is have a few 3rd and 5+ opportunities for the defense.

Webb extremely lucky that didn't get picked off
My wife just asked why that wasn't intentional grounding,,,,and I'm not sure.
Out of the Pocket, but the throw didn't get to the line of scrimmage. Was it because he was kind of hit as he threw?

Agree that Webb isn't a great QB...but that's the kind of pass Joe Montana would throw as he's getting drilled into the ground
Looks like Webb crumbles under pressure. He's damn lucky that wasn't an INT. Great play by Walden !

After last week, I was expecting it to be caught for a 1st down.

There were a couple players going for the ball.
