My wife just asked why that wasn't intentional grounding,,,,and I'm not sure.
Out of the Pocket, but the throw didn't get to the line of scrimmage. Was it because he was kind of hit as he threw?

Agree that Webb isn't a great QB...but that's the kind of pass Joe Montana would throw as he's getting drilled into the ground
