You may have come up with the one out of a million possibilities that may make sense to replace Tramon with Bush. Time to play the lottery, kid.
Well, it unfolded just like I thought it might if we didn't get up on them right from the start and force Ponder's hand. We gave up too many yards and TOP to AP (although glad he didn't get the record against us) and their offense, we didn't get turnovers, and Ponder did just enough to beat us. Hayward picked a bad time to show his rookie-ness, but really, once again we gave up a big run to AP to let them get a chip shot. I said earlier I didn't want it to come down to field goal, and sure enough, it did. The only thing that wasn't right was I predicted about a 55-yarder to win it. If we had stopped them, that's the neighborhood of what they would have had to settle for.
It sucks to live in Minny. If the Queens win next week, I may hibernate until training camp -- after puking my guts out. That can't happen, can it?

i honestly don't see how it could.
but the defense looked like a bunch of scared school boys today. i hope i never see that again.

All BS aside, when Ponder got hit on the blitz by Burnett (I think it was him) and the ball fluttered high over the middle of the field, I knew the game wasn't going to be going our way when a Viking receiver slid in and caught the ball like that. When stuff like that happens you just have to shake your head and laugh scream WHAT THE **** JUST HAPPENED HERE?!?!?!?!?!
That was my thought too Pakrz. When the Vikings WR somehow came down with that pinball catch you knew it was their day.
The Vikings simply wanted this one more than GB. They seemed to have more energy and their execution was better.
This team needs to learn to start games faster and not allow the other team to get out ahead.

One thing I didn't like was on the TD where Jennings was covering. It appeared he was going for interception and possibly could have swated it away from the receiver had he been going to knock it down. Just as he could have knocked it down in Seattle (even though he ended up with the ball).

FTFY.

Yep. But I believe we could not challenge since we were out of timeouts. Not sure. But a replay angle showed that there was no question the ball hit the ground.
Lots of things done or not done on earlier plays by the Packers gave Minny extra points.
After reading this I finally can make a p**p.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Correct but had the ref been spotting the ball properly & fast enough, perhaps Green Bay has 1 timeout left?
Also, for some reason I thought within 2 minutes all plays (possession, catches, scoring, etc.) are supposed to be reviewed by the booth?

Yeah, I know what you mean Dude! At that point in time, I was thinking that somebody must have pissed off the Football gods! And there were plenty of other plays as well that were just a tiny bit off for the Pack - game of inches for sure.
You are correct Boris, but that play happened just outside of 2 minutes.
