One question entered my mind though...

Did Jennings get greedy for a stat INT when every coach teaches you to knock that ball down on desperation plays?

Don't even think of blaming Jennings. We have all saw batted balls being caught. Having possesion of the ball was going to end the game. Only problem is the ref had no idea what possesion is.
The Packers got shafted in the end but should the game have really been that close at the end? where was the vaunted Packers offense all game,we can only hope that they find their offensive legs the rest of the season.
Went into a tough place to play, got whacked around for a half, and then came out and won the game. I'm not upset with the Packers at all. That was a damn good defense and they figured it out and took it to them only to have it stolen by 4 lousy calls in one drive. sad and pathetic.

goodell's hair should be on fire all day long. call him, call him again, tell him what you think of his product. I copied this from early in the thread: 212 450 2027.

the NFL is no better than WWE to me right now. I don't even feel like going to the game sunday. why? cuz even a blind man knows when the sun is shining...
I'm not sure if Jennings could have knocked the ball down. In his position at the back of the jump pile, if he tries to knock it down he risks it hitting another guy and bouncing up into anyone's hands. And the ball was a bit too far in front of him to bat it over his head backwards. I think he did the only thing he could. If anyone would have had a better play, it would have been Shields who had great front position on the receiver. Oh, wait. He was being shoved into next week.
I've heard the line that simultaneous possession can't be reviewed.

This wasn't simultaneous. Did Tate ever have possession of the ball? No, he had a hand on it (at times) on the way to the ground.
I think by simultaneous possession, they mean that Tate had possession of Jennings. See how his arms are wrapped around him?

Next time AR throws a pick, we just make sure our receiver gets one hand on the ball, and we can argue simultaneous possession.....

What are they gonna explain?

"You people see it all wrong"

"No no this was not the worst call ever, really, stick around"

"You fat fuxks think your wife is a catch, what do you know of catching?"

"jk lol"

I just can't re-live this again. It strikes at the heart of the integrity of the game.

I'll end up leaving another voice-mail for Greg Aiello & Roger at NFL HQ.

I am feeling the same way. After looking at that photo again made me sick.

I have moved on from this somehow.  I was angry as hell, especially at Peter King who was noncommittal at the call.  I guess I still remember it like those that have posted here, but I just can't muster interest in a pre-season game.  If this were a regular season or playoff, I think I could generate some aggression.

I vote for a lock on this thread.
