The Ryan kid has good size and speed for ILB. Nice to see that for a change. Hope he coaches up well, looks like he could be a player.

Thought Hundley looked impressive- live arm, can make the throws. Missed the one, but overall I like the tools.

Jason Campbell never did.
Ryan isn't white. Way too quick.
Hundley showed well in his first action. 2 of his incompetions were good throws and I liked how he sidestepped the pressure, rolled out and fired a laser(Montgomery couldn't keep both feet in)
Jayrone Elliot was getting good rush and Quentin Rollins was impressive.
75 or so offensive plays, lots of tape there. Fixable stuff on D. Lots of talent on this team.

I thought Tolzien was nails tonight. Only incompletions were drops by Myles White and The Great White. That floater to the flat was bad but that's about it.
We lost this game in the 1st innning.
So, Tolzien better now than Flynn ever showed? Scoots has more tools to work with.

Well my pizza sucked.
The tiramisu is acceptable.
Lots of good tape, a few 2nd yr guys stepped up. A few 1st year guys stepped up.

There's a hellaton of talent on this team.
Aside from the back to back plays where the Packers lost containment, the defense looked good all night. Only gave up a shade over 200 yards in the game.
Really liked what I saw from Rollins, Gunter, Elliot, Malumba and Ryan. Hell even Bradford and Hubbard made plays.
Rollins and Gunter have removed most of any lingering doubt I had about the CB position, and we still haven't seen D. Randall in game action.
Trying to temper my enthusiasm noting that it's just the first pre-season game and NE had a lot of players out.
God I missed football!
There was a lot to like tonight. Jake Ryan impressed the hell out of me. Vaughters looked good too. Bradford got a sack and forced an incompletion. Rollins and Gunter were super solid. Hundley looked great. Tolzien looked great. Perilla looked great. Rip on STs. Elliot and Datone brought heat. Ebbele made one nice blocks. Harris looked awesome, as did Crockett.
Super deep team.
Gaston. Boyd. Pinkard. Janis with the TD catch. The list runs pretty long. Some really nice work tonight.
