I saw the play. He got clocked on the running play they got called for a hold.
I think Ervin is better running the ball when he has a head start (pre-snap motion) as opposed to a flat-footed start.
And I agree he is a good receiver. He makes some tough catches for 1st downs.
Unlike a certain other WR....
Barnes has good closing burst. He's good laterally, he just isn't big enough to hold up inside.
