Gute did say the 6th and 7th rounds were a lot deeper than past years because of covid and players playing an extra year. Assume he wants to take advantage of that and not let players get to UDFA.

Former big recruit who showcases his athletic chops on film often. Ugly wins pop more than expected but he has invaluable recovery skills and legitimate NFL OT length. If he learns to keep the gate closed longer this can be a steal for Green Bay. (Chris Trapasso)

NINE o-line picks in three drafts, maybe six can stick with crappy depth at OLB and none at Safety. If they seriously worry about Bakhtiari's or Jenkins' availability, don't trade two 2s for Watson, stay put, take Pierce and Petit-Frere or Abraham Lucas to come in and strongly compete for a starting tackle spot right away. Then they have a couple more picks for some better depth at edge/safety.

So you think basically having to cut three recent draft picks is efficient?
Meh. I admit, I was kind of like that on Doubs, but Chongo soured me more on him than I was. It's pick 258 but admit I was expecting more of a Special Teamer type like Smoke Monday, Sterling Weatherford, Domann, Jeremiah Moon maybe even another ILB type like Hansford, Gemmel or Sanborn.
