I actually wouldn't be the least bit surprised if we go to Detroit on Thanksgiving.
I also expect very few prime time games this year with the majority of the games being at 100 EST kickoff.

In the past, it's been shitty for those of us, in Wisconsin, who cannot get the Packers games because they were scheduled to be played at the same time the vikings games were. Here's hoping that this season, the NFL Schedulers fix that problem.

Looks like the non-division away games are easier than the home games. That could play a big part in the final record and if the Pack makes the playoffs.
This years GB/CHI game will have extra juice for the first time in a while.

One fun fact: The Packers have the 9th weakest "strength of schedule" based on 2022 W/L. Also the weakest in the North. Ironically the Bares have the toughest SoS in the North.
Also, if you can believe this...Bleacher Report ranked the Packers D 18th in the NFL going into 2023 with the lions 24, the Bares 29 and Minnie 30.

Vegas is a dome so…and I’m near Charlotte…no comparison between September here and September in Florida.

From what I've heard, both tickets and hotel rooms for Raider games are crazy expensive.
I’m thinking that there will be plenty of early Sunday local market only games so those of us not in the local viewing area need to get YouTube, figure out the streaming deal or find a local establishment with the package. I guess listening to Jim and Max could suffice for some.

I would be in for that if everything lines up. An easy one hour flight and always up for a Packer party weekend.

The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins will play in the NFL's first-ever Black Friday game.
The historic game, announced Wednesday, will be played at MetLife Stadium on Nov. 24, with kickoff slated for 3 p.m. ET.

That doesn't surprise me one bit and may have to rethink Vegas. I got back from Vegas not that long ago and I was blown away how freaking expensive it is. Way different than 30 years ago when I went there last.
We toured the stadium in February and it's impressive BUT our cab driver told us that tickets and hotel rooms are VERY expensive, that the seats were sold out via PSLs and many are making bank reselling them to out of town fans.
Prices for just about every single NFL franchise are sky high. It's pretty much the hottest ticket in sports, there's only a 17 game season, and teams can only capitalize on 8-9 home games.

Las Vegas used to be so cool and inexpensive before Howard Hughes f'd it up.
The mob knew how to steer the money in to gambling which they could skim, instead of room, food and entertainment costs.
Was just in Vegas a few weeks ago. Unbelievably expensive these days. Lots of bums, scam artists and dipshits…. And that was just the people I traveled with.
