I'm actually more concerned about how Love has played so far than winning or losing this game. Love has looked like a deer in the headlights so far tonight. He's missed a lot of easy throws and it looks like the moment is too big for him. That's not what I expected after the playoffs last year.

Of 7 plays where Love had to step back, the Loins blitzed 5 times. Hard to get into any kind of a rhythm when the loins are in your lap before you can locate a receiver.

Say Detoilet is overrated all you want...they have fed us our lunch two of the last 3 halves we've played them.

Don't disagree. The most surprising thing so far is the lack of high level play by the Packer O-Line.

I didn't expect that & the Lions D-Line, to their credit, is playing WAYY over their heads.

That's the difference so far to me.

Also....The Packers bring the best out of everybody because everyone knows the Packers are the team to beat

At Lambeau DET jumped ahead, took a nap until GB got within a score then flipped the switch again to stay out of reach.  This so far feels the same.

I remember when GB used to be able to do that with teams.  Don't have the D for that.  Not quite there on O either.

I feel if there was ever a game the Packers needed to dictate the offensive flow of a game, this was it. And GB has failed miserably.

but instead they had a chance to start the game with the ball and fucking deferred

Packers have played just 4 games against teams with winning records to date.

They are 1-3 in those contests, with the lone victory coming on the final play of the game at Lambeau against a Texans team that only has a winning record because they are 4-0 against other pathetic AFC South teams.

It is great that GB has taken care of the Bears, Jags, Titans, Dolphins, etc., but at some point you either show up against the Eagles, Vikes, and Lions or you flame out in the playoffs prior to reaching the Super Bowl ... once again.

This is up to the Packers and what kind of team they want to be.  They can win this if they want it enough.  All I can do is sit back and watch.

They're the kind of team that watches their QB take hits late and don't answer in kind. It's mean and nasty and also necessary. Love is playing like he knows it's coming and Goff isn't. Until you change that you don't beat this team. Not tonight and not the next time in the playoffs. Goff fades from physical. Get on him.
