Nothing like a road series to get your mojo back

One day they canβt pitch, the next they canβt hit. Gotta love that game of baseball. Whatever happened to that guy who was obsessed with baseball here?
Which begs the question for me, should it be a everyday guy at either SS 2nd or C that is targeted or deGrom?
im leaning everyday players simply because the pitching has been pretty strong without Anderson or Davies being remotely close to what they were last year. If those two can find it again I think that the staff is pretty settled.
The price for deGrom is probably going to end up too steep.
Pitching, I want pitching. High end, sexy pitching.
Why not both?
I guess, who is the Neil Walker out there to fix our weak bats up the middle?
Thought Chacin had another nice outing.
Williams had very good stuff, really had the Crew hitters guessing.
Another tight ballgame but this time the bullpen held. Brewers left some guys on base and they had opportunities to get more runs.
The more I watch this team, the less I want to give up a potential great hitting prospect like Keston H. even for a great pitcher. With Braun becoming much more ordinary as a hitter, I think they still need a couple more top pure hitters to round out their lineup.
Jesus is 6th on the Crew in at-bats but tied for 1st in homers. Having a nice year.
