No real starting pitcher available tonight. Dan Jennings will "start" and they will probably use a lot of arms from the bullpen.

Win or lose, they will really need Gonzales and Chacin to eat up some innings the next two games.

Win 2 of these 3 and we win the season series with the Cards and go up 3 games with 3 to play with the tie break - and clinch no worse than hosting the wild card game.

Hader stumbles and we win in St Louis!

Counsell made in game adjustments brilliantly.  The first may have been the best.  Starting Jennings was effective for several reasons.  Sent a message to bullpen this is your game!  Took away Peralta starting poorly by making it a relief appearance.  Prevented Cards from getting a big start and building momentum early while quieting crowd.

A Card loss today would make Busch stadium a tough place to party in tomorrow unless your a Brewer fan.

It's unbelievable that we have Yelich under contract for FOUR MORE YEARS at 12.5 million a year.

We may have the best player in baseball in Milwaukee and we got him for three position players who didn't hit above 245 at their respective levels this year and a pitcher in rookie league. The key guy in the deal was Brinson who is 24. Yelich is 26.

Being able to watch the Brewers on TV, when they are scheduled to be aired, is just as frustrating as trying to watch the Packers, here in western Wisconsin. The Brewers are supposed to be on ESPN at 6:00CST tonight, but they are not because the 15.5 games back, not getting to the post season, Twins play tonight and their game will be aired. This cable exclusivity s*** has to end. Nobody wants to watch the floundering Twins when the Brewers are playing to get into the post season and to get into 1st place, tonight, in the NL Central. Thank heaven for the Brewers Radio Network and Bob Uecker and friends! GO BREWERS!
