I cannot wait to watch the last 2 innings of this on the DVR when I get home tonight. I just wish I wasn't at work for this one. It has to be absolutely an incredible feeling in that locker room right now.
I love this team
Awesome accomplishment, give 'em credit for continuing to slug away. Hope they stay hungry.
Tschmack?????
CAPackFan95 posted:Does a 10-5 finish get you ahead of Cubs? I think it would be tight. 11-4 would feel better, and would be great to start that with minimum 2/3 vs the Pirates at home.
Wouldn't it be sweet to have the Cards/Cubs ending series be an opportunity for the Cards to knock the Cubs to a WC?
11-4 it was.
Well, 12-4.
Also.

I think back to a month or so ago when this team lost the first 2 games of the Cardinals series, they looked like this sort of thing would be impossible. What a September, some of the best baseball in Brewers' team history was played this past month. Incredible run no matter what happens from this point forward.
He still doesn't believe the team will make the postseason.
Brewers were 5 games back on labor day. Amazing month of September has setup for an amazing October so far.
I've said before, I want to have a drink with Kratz and Suter.
Add Thames to that list
