I agree - Rodgers should quit using the hard count - right after all the other QBs who do it stop and all the past QBs who have done it apologize.

It has been part of the game from as long as I can remember.  And if they don't use a hard count, I have heard of OL calling DL names to get them to prematurely jump.  So there are other less visible ways to do it.  If other teams don't like it - don't jump off sides - simple as that.  So if it goes away, something else will replace it.

I better watch what I say or Goodell will investigate the Packers and call it "name gate" - or whatever.

Dick Klatt should give his head an enema.  Ridiculous.  And pitchers should stop trying to pickoff guys on 1st base - totally ruins the game.  And hockey should stop with this penalty box stuff - totally ruins the game by giving the other team an unfair advantage.  And what's with this shot clock in basketball...

what a dumbass.

I still maintain that it goes well beyond Rodgers.A QB does not all-of-a-sudden lose it. I have nothing to prove it but it almost seems like the Broncos figured out something about our receivers, be it their steps, body language, something that tipped off their routes & cuts. Coaches love to share effective techniques with other coaches. It just seems like it has more to do with scheme than players right now. MM seemed to have it figured out in first half of Lions & first quarter of Giants games, but he stopped using multiple formations & personnel groups, which resulted in below average passing attack. I think that plays that routinely resulted in receivers being open, all of a sudden resulted in no separation. When this happens, Rodgers begins to press, & then misses guys who are open.

I don't. Rodgers has not been good over the last year. That is a fact.

Not disputing he hasn't been up to his usual standards over the past year.  But, then again, how many other QB's would like their best days to be his worst statistical stretch: over the last 20 games,  59.7 completion rate; 40 TD's and 11 int; 235 yards per game?

As a comparison, one of the QB's that Bad Bob rates higher is Russell Wilson. Wilson's stats over the past 20 games: 67% completion rate; 39 TD's and 9 int; 254 yards per game.

So, Russell Wilson is posting just about the same stats as Rodgers over the same period--higher completion rate, slightly higher yards per game, almost identical TD/int rate--and yet Bob would rate Wilson as "elite" with that performance and Rodgers as failing.  Sorry, but I disagree.
