Had opportunity after opportunity to win this regardless of officiating. Time to can fat Mike

Why - messing up TO's? Other than that, the game and team looked good. Cannot beat the poor officiating when guys make game winning plays.

Graham and Adams had chances for TD's - they needed to grab one of those in hindsight, but the Matthews (ed) forced INT won the game to those who know the game.

The nfls problem is head trauma. They know it’s a huge liability and league ending bad pr to have guys end up like vegetables. But the rules they have to make to protect guys in a violent sport take the fun away from the game.

That tackle Clay made was a ****ing TEXTBOOK rugby tackle.  It doesn't get any ****ing cleaner than that.  If they can't ****ing discern that then they need to get kicked in the ****ing head.

IT IS THE EPITOME OF HOW TO TACKLE A QB!!!

I’m with you. But you have to believe refs get marching orders to protect QB at all costs.

Get used to it, it's only going to keep getting worse from here with these calls. It's the new, improved, "safe" NFL in action.

I'm sure they do but that's just beyond par.  I can't think of any contact sport where you can take a cleaner hit and have it be seen as a detriment.  I fully advocate for stripping down the amount of padding and mandating rugby tackling.  Even that won't stand?  I'm just ****ing flabbergasted.

Yep, give them new rules which you emphasize and they will make a mess of it.

Perfect comparison. I feel exactly like I'm watching the WWE when I'm watching the NFL and I sure as Hell don't waste my time on that s*** so I don't know why I continue to waste my time on the NFL.

The game has become too centered on QBs. If you lose your starter, your season is almost always over, and that one player will eat up a huge chunk of your salary cap every year if he's a Pro Bowl caliber QB. Every time a big star like Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers goes on IR, the NFL tacks on more rules to protect quarterbacks. Gotta protect those big investments and keep them on the field. This, combined with all of the bad publicity over CTE has caused this trash to come to a head. In ten years, they will be playing flag football.
