Can't say for certain, but it sure seemed like the D played a lot more man coverage as opposed to zone. That would be similar to the plan used against CHI that completely shut them down.

I'm limited by ignorance and watching on TV, but the contrast between this defense in man and zone appears to be stark after 6 games.

Also did not realize that MD and McMillan saw an almost even split of snaps.

The defense was awesome, hard-hitting and stuffed the run early on.
Pass Rush in the 1st quarter had them off balance. Good game plan to do that early and it set the tone and allowed us to get out front.
Jones!
Jordy!

Running game - we had one! We had several 7,8, and 9 yd runs on first down and these set up easier 1st down conversions and ball control.
AR - 6 TDs
Offensive Line gave AR good protection.
Cobb is a weapon
Harrel got practice snaps in during live play.

The blocked punt looked like we were in slow-mo.
Re-watched the game last night focusing on the line play.

Very good game from the DL, with Wilson in on every play when he was on the field. Worthy took no plays off, other than when they took him out. High motor, good moves. Neal was very active as well, nice to see him in there and getting a push. Daniels had the fewest snaps by my count, did not make any splash plays but also did not fail from what I saw. Pickett was very active along the line just like Wilson - Pickett is having a very good season so far. They did not seem to miss Raji, but man that rotation will be stout when he comes back.

The OL had a solid game but Saturday still is getting moved when 1-on-1 in the passing game. When he had help or helped out another blocker he was most effective. Someone mentioned Lang to C or maybe EDS, but I wonder what their plans are for Van Roten. GVR started his college career at PENN as a C before becoming their LT. Newhouse had one whiff where he even missed on the hold of the HOU pass-rusher (on the AR TD that got called back), other than that he looked good. Bulaga basically dominated his man (not named Watt). No one was able to handle Watt solo, but they were able to double him because the other OL won their 1-on-1's. Sitton got great push in the run game and with Saturday opened some really nice holes. I would like to see more of Green running inside this week going against two good DE's in Long and Quinn. HOU moved Watt a lot (alignment and stunts) and the OL did a good job, for the most part, recognizing and picking up the switch.

One other thing I noticed, Rodgers had a good game.

That right there may be why Van Roten was moved up
