Colgate doesn't see this kind of defense in the Patriot League. They will tire in the 2nd half. I think. I hope.

This kind of defense? Colgate is a good team that maximizes their ability. They don’t have great athletes but they pass and space well and they have good shooters. And they don’t turn the ball over.
Badgers aren’t playing with a lot of poise right now. And they are getting seriously outcoached.

What should concern UW is Colgate is 4-12 from 3. They are a lot better than that and can make you pay if you keep them around.
Badgers have only 1 foul on the entire team. They can really turn up the D in the 2nd half. They are also taking care of the ball having only 2 turn overs.
They simply need to play more patient and make the extra pass. They are the better team. Don’t rush your shots. On D, get physical with them.

Colgate is playing a very loose man to man. They aren't really trying to generate turnovers. They are doubling the post because they have no chance if they don't.

Davis, in particular, has fallen asleep on defense on a couple of those threes. None of these Colgate guys are going to beat him off the dribble. Why back off even a step behind the three point line.
The Colgate team shot 40% from 3 as a team this season. You leave them wide open, well, they are probably going to knock those shots down.
Badgers prancing around and flexing how about playing some goddamn perimeter defense?
That's the epitome of the Badgers' night. Davis jacks up a terrible shot and they get two rebounds and miss two point blank layups.
Wisconsin has basically a home game and much more talent. They should be blowing these guys out.
I seriously don’t even want to know the stats....ugh....very hard to watch this game.
